Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Effective Date: 07 March 2026


This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service
between EGCRM, operated by Enquiry Gate Pvt. Ltd., and its users
("Customers").


This agreement describes how customer data is processed and protected
when using the EGCRM platform.

1. Definitions


For the purposes of this agreement:


  • Controller – the organization using EGCRM that determines how personal data is processed.

  • Processor – EGCRM, which processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.

  • Personal Data – any information relating to an identifiable individual.

2. Scope of Data Processing


EGCRM processes customer data only to provide CRM functionality,
including but not limited to:


  • Lead management

  • Contact management

  • Customer communication records

  • Task and activity tracking

  • CRM analytics and reporting

3. Customer Responsibilities


Customers are responsible for ensuring that personal data stored
in the platform has been collected lawfully and that they have the
necessary rights or consent to process such data.

4. Data Protection Measures


EGCRM implements technical and organizational measures designed
to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure,
or loss.

5. Subprocessors


EGCRM may use trusted third-party services such as hosting providers,
email delivery systems, analytics services, and communication
integrations to deliver its services.


All subprocessors are required to follow strict security and privacy
standards.

6. Data Retention


Customer data is retained only for as long as required to provide
services and comply with applicable legal obligations.

7. Data Access and Deletion


Customers maintain ownership of their data and may request access,
export, or deletion of their information where applicable.

8. International Data Transfers


Where data may be processed outside the user's country, EGCRM
ensures appropriate safeguards are implemented to maintain data
protection standards.
