may be cancelled or refunded.

1. Subscription-Based Services


EGCRM operates on a subscription model for certain features and services.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle,
and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Free Trial


In some cases, EGCRM may offer a free trial period to allow users to
evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
No payment will be charged during the trial unless explicitly stated.

3. Refund Eligibility


Payments made for subscription services are generally non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered in limited situations such as:


  • Duplicate payment transactions

  • Billing errors caused by technical issues

  • Unauthorized charges reported within a reasonable time


Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is

4. Cancellation of Subscription

After cancellation:

5. No Partial Refunds


EGCRM does not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods
unless required by applicable law.

6. Payment Disputes


If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before
initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Most billing issues
can be resolved quickly by our support team.

7. Changes to Pricing


EGCRM reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription plans
at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of significant
pricing changes before they take effect.
